ZUCCHINI BAKE 
2 med. zucchini, sliced wide
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
3/4 c. crushed potato chips

Cook hamburger and drain. Add onion, green pepper and salt and pepper. Alternate layers of zucchini and hamburger mixture. Cover with cream of mushroom soup and water mixed together. Top with potato chips and bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees.
