TURKEY SALAD BAKE 
2 c. finely crushed potato chips
1/2 c. (4 oz. pkg.) grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. cubed turkey
2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Mix potato chips and cheese in small bowl. Put half in bottom of shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole (save remaining for top). Saute walnuts in butter, stirring often for 15 minutes, drain on paper towel. Toss with remaining ingredients in medium sized bowl. Spoon into prepared baking dish; sprinkle saved chip-cheese mix on top. Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) 10 minutes or until hot and golden.
