TURKEY BAKE 
6 slices bread, cut in half
2 c. cut up turkey, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup

Layer half of bread in ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix turkey, onion, pepper, pimento, salt, and sage. Spread mixture over bread. Top with remaining bread. Beat eggs, mayonnaise, milk, and soup. Pour over bread and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, until brown (325 degrees for 1 - 1 1/4 hours). A great way to use left-over Thanksgiving turkey.
