ADJUSTABLE CASSEROLE 
1 to 2 lbs. hamburger
Garlic salt
1 to 2 chopped onions
1 spoonful chili powder
Dash of cumin
Dash of oregano
Dab or two hot sauce
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lg. brick grated Cheddar cheese
9 to 12 corn tortillas

Brown hamburger with garlic and drain if necessary. Add spices and chopped onions. Add tomato sauce when onions are tender. Simmer meat sauce 5 to 10 minutes. It will be a little soupy.

In a 9x13 inch pan start layering with sauce, then tortillas and then cheese until everything is gone (cheese on top). Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbling, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
