1 c. self-rising flour 1 stick butter 1 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. pecans, chopped Confectioners' sugar Let butter get at room temperature. Cream sugar and butter. Add flour, nuts, and vanilla; mix well. Take mixture and roll it (size of finger). Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool and roll in confectioners' sugar. Makes 30. This can be frozen. |
