HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can Ranch style beans (or left over beans are better)
1 can tomatoes
1 can Rotel with pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Brown onions and pepper in butter. Add meat and brown. Add tomatoes and Rotel and cook 15 minutes. Then add all seasonings and beans. Cook 10 minutes. Put into a baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, and cover with thin layer of corn bread mix, prepared according to directions. Bake at 400 degrees until corn bread is done.
