G.'S LINGUINE 
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. onions/scallions
1 sm. garlic clove
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 stick butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can white clam sauce
6 oz. minced clams
8 oz. shrimp, fresh or frozen
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. linguine
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In a large fry pan saute mushrooms, onion/scallions and garlic in olive oil and butter until tender. Add white clam sauce, minced clams, shrimp and pepper. Cook until heated completely. Boil, cook and drain the linguine. Mix the cooked linguine with the cooked sauce. Add Parmesan cheese and blend. Serves 3-4. Use as a side dish or as a meal with salad and garlic bread.
