GREEN CHILE QUICHE 
Precooked pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of garlic salt or 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Saute meat and onion. Drain. Place in pie shell. Top with chile and cheese. Combine eggs and milk and garlic or mustard. Pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees until done, 30-40 minutes.
