GREEN CHILE RICE 
1 c. white rice, uncooked
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole, stirring to mix well. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed (cook covered for creamier rice, uncovered for fluffier rice).
