CHICKEN WITH GREEN CHILE SAUCE 
4 skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. low fat plain yogurt
1 sm. can chopped green chiles
1/2 tsp. paprika

Wash and pat dry chicken. Place bone side down in shallow baking dish. Salt and pepper; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. In saucepan combine remaining ingredients, and cook on low heat. Stirring constantly until almost boiling. Pour over chicken during last 15 minutes of baking.
