HAM BALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. meat

(1 1/2 pounds pork, 1 pound ham - have butcher grind together.)

2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 c. eggs

Mix together and chill. Use 1/3 cup measure to form balls.

Pour following sauce over balls in baking dish:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours; turn balls over and continue baking 1/2 hour more. Makes 20 (1/3 cup balls). Great with baked or scalloped potatoes and an oven vegetable dish.
