HAM BALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground lean ham
2 lbs. ground lean pork
1 lb. ground round steak (or equivalent amt. of ham loaf mixture from meat counter)
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix above ingredients together until well blended. Use 1/3 cup measurer to make into balls. Put into 2 (9 x 13 inch) cake pans. Make sauce and pour over the ham balls, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

SAUCE:

2 cans tomato soup
2/3 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix together and bring to a boil.
