2 cucumbers 1 tbsp. light mayonnaise 2 tsp. dill 1 tsp. garlic or 1 clove crushed Remove seeds from cucumber. Chop the remains of cucumber. Separate from water. In bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Depending on size of cucumbers, you may need to add more mayonnaise. Great on salmon, halibut, maco shark. | |
