FRESH TOMATO - CUCUMBER SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. fresh tomatoes
3/4 c. cucumbers
1 sm. garlic
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place one half of coarsely chopped tomato and one half chopped cucumber (not large) in blender or food processor. Add garlic, oregano, pepper, process until smooth. Add remaining chopped tomatoes and peeled, seeded, chopped cucumber until pureed. Pour over cooked spaghetti. Serves two, 56 calories.
