CUCUMBER SAUCE 
2 lg. cucumbers, peeled and seeded
1 c. mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. coarse salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 c. snipped fresh dill
1/4 c. finely chopped fresh chives

Grate the cucumbers into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
