2/3 c. chopped peeled cucumbers
1 1/2 tsp. chopped onions
1/2 c. heavy cream (chilled)
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Do not use salt if cucumbers are chopped ahead of time

I find that it is more convenient to chop cucumbers ahead of time - lightly salt and drain as water accumulates.

Mix all ingredients together and serve over tomato slices and lettuce.
