HAM AND BEAN SOUP 
2 pkgs. navy beans
1 ham bone and 2 c. ham
3 carrots, cubed
3 potatoes, cubed
6 celery sticks, cut up
1 med. onion diced
1/2 bell pepper
Spices, i.e., garlic salt and pepper

Follow directions on bean package for preparation of beans. Boil ham bone, 4 sticks of celery, potatoes, carrots, onions and bell pepper. Add ham and 2 more sticks of celery. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot with French bread.
