SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
6 lg. eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix together first three ingredients by blending together, adding eggs one at a time. Sift next three ingredients together twice, then add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Add extracts and mix well.

Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or longer.
