2 thick slices bacon, chopped
1 stalk celery plus leaves, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 qts. water
1 med. carrot, grated
4 med. potatoes, diced
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. seasoning salt
2 sm. cans condensed milk
1 1/2 c. instant potato flakes
2 cans or 1 pt. fresh clams
Salt and pepper
Chunk of butter
