EASY CHEESECAKE 
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 can evaporated milk
1 can pie filling, any flavor (optional)

Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup lemon juice and evaporated milk and beat at medium speed until creamy. Pour onto prepared cracker crust. Chill at least 1 hour before topping with your favorite pie filling.
