CHEESEBURGER PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 eggs 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. Bisquick mix Lightly grease pie plate (10 inch). Cook meat and add onions, salt and pepper. Drain any grease. Spread on pie plate. Sprinkle cheese on top of meat. Blend milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth and pour over meat/cheese mixture. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes, blade of knife should test clean when done. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6. (If you use a 9 inch pie plate, decrease milk to 1 cup, eggs to 2, and Bisquick to 1/2 c.) |
