GINGER CRINKLE COOKIES 
2/3 c. corn oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp. light molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger

Cream together oil and sugar. Add egg and molasses. Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and ginger. Combine flour mixture with molasses mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll 1 tablespoon of dough into ball. Dip in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. 8S
