GINGER CRINKLES 
1/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix oil and sugar. Add egg, beat well. Stir in molasses. Sift dry ingredients and add. Mix well. Drop by teaspoons into 1/4 cup sugar and form into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Cookie will flatten and crinkle.

Makes 3 dozen.
