SAUSAGE & POTATO CASSEROLE 
24 oz. hash browns, thawed (3 hours)
2 cans cream of potato soup
8 oz. sour cream
16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 pkg. Hillshire smoked sausage (cut into bite-size)

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until bubbly.
