GINGER JUMBLES COOKIES 
Cream 1 1/4 cups of shortening with 1 cup of sugar. Sift 6 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 1 teaspoon ginger and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; set aside.

Mix 1 cup of cold black coffee and 1 cup dark molasses and add this to the creamed mixture. Alternate with the sifted mixture and creamed mixture and mix together.
