1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. can milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Beat all ingredients together. Chill 1 hour. Use teaspoon to place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

ICING:

2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. can milk

Mix together and spread on baked cookies.
