DANIEL'S PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice, undrained
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 egg whites
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix together everything except nuts. Beat 2 minutes with electric beater. Mix in nuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

NOTE: If not on low cholesterol diet, may be iced with cream cheese frosting.
