HOLIDAY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into sm. cubes
1/2 c. broken nuts

Add enough water to juice to make 2 cups. Heat to the boiling point. Add Jello, stir until Jello is dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool, because the hot mixture will melt cheese. When mixture cools, add fruit and nuts. Stir well. Put in mold or pretty glass bowl and refrigerate. Change color to suit holiday of time.
