CRANBERRY HOLIDAY SALAD 
1 box cherry Jello
2 c. whole cranberries
1 1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and pour into a mold lightly coated with vegetable oil. Chill for several hours until firm. Place mold in warm water briefly to loosen. Place mold upside on plate and slip from mold. Garnish with whipped cream or cream cheese and whole cranberries.
