HOLIDAY CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 pkg. fresh cranberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cook cranberries in 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar until all are popped (about 10 minutes). To cooked and slightly cooled cranberries, add the Jello, celery and nuts. Pour into rinsed mold and chill before serving. Chopped apple may be added if desired. Good with any meat.
