ORANGE CHICKEN 
6 chicken halves, skinned and boned
2 tbsp. reduced calorie butter
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 tsp. dried whole rosemary
1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme

Preheat broiler. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan. Dot with butter. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer chicken to 13 x 9 inch baking pan or dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and pepper. Pour orange juice concentrate over chicken. Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme. Bake chicken, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve over rice or fresh steamed vegetables.
