SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
2 tsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
Enough apples to fill a pie crust

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 stick butter

Sift flour, salt and sugar, add beaten egg, sour cream and vanilla. Stir in apples. Pour into 9" pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees until done (about 30 minutes). Add crumb topping and bake 10 minutes. Crumb topping: Combine ingredients and crumble over pie.
