HOT CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. self rising meal
2 tbsp. self rising flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 sm. cans cream of corn
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 lb. hamburger
3 jalapeno peppers

Saute onions and bell pepper until tender, add hamburger and brown. Drain off excess grease. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 45 minutes in a 375 degree or until done.
