WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. white sugar

Boil the milk and flour together until thick. Cool. Whip together the butter and sugar, beat with the flour mixture until smooth. Beat in the vanilla.
