OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
3 med. potatoes
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Scrub potatoes and cut each into 1/8" wedges. Place wedges, slightly overlapping, in a single layer in a 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Brush potatoes with half of oil mixture. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining seasoned oil mixture. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
