OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
6 chicken legs, skinned
Milk for soaking
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Place pieces in shallow pan and cover with milk, soak 15 minutes. Dip the soaked pieces in the breading mixture, coating on all sides. Put pieces on baking sheet, non-stick surface. Lightly spray pieces with vegetable oil, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees about 45 minutes.
