ALMOND FUDGE | |
1 lb. confectioners sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. cream 1/4 tsp. salt 2/3 c. semi sweet chocolate chips 1 c. blanched almonds chopped Combine sugars, butter, cream and salt in sauce pan. Stir constantly as you heat. Bring to full boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted and well blended. Stir in almonds. Pour into well greased 8 inch square pan. Cool until firm. Cut into pieces. |
