ALMOND FUDGE RING 
1 c. whole almonds
6 oz. semi-sweet morsels
6 oz. butterscotch morsels
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. coarsely chopped almonds
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Red and green candied cherries
Sliced almonds

Line bottom of 9 inch pie pan with a 12 inch square of foil. Place custard cup in center of pan. Place whole almonds around cup forming a 2 inch wide ring; set aside.

Combine both morsels and sweetened condensed milk in the top of a double boiler; place over hot water. Stir until melted and mixture begins to thicken.

Remove from heat - stir in chopped almonds and vanilla. Chill about one hour. Spoon mixture in mounds over whole almonds, remove custard cup, decorate with cherries and sliced almonds.
