HAM MEDLEY 
1/8 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. green onion
1/8 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cream style cottage cheese
2 c. cooked cubed ham
4 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Cook until tender: 1/8 cup melted butter, celery, green pepper and onion.

Blend: 1/8 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper. Stir in 1 1/4 cup milk and 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Cook and stir until boiling. Add 2 cups ham and 4 ounces noodles. Turn in 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Mix 1 tablespoon butter (melted) and 1 1/4 cup crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 5 to 6.
