THANKSGIVING SALAD 
1 pkg. Knox's gelatin
2 tbsp. chopped nuts
1/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 apple unpeeled but diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 can cranberry sauce
1/4 c. cold water

Stir gently to mix. Mound on a bed of lettuce.

Serves 4.
