GREG'S PIZZA LOAVES 
1 (8 oz.) sour dough baguette (long French roll)
1 1/4 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Dash pepper
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella or Jack cheese

1. Split bread lengthwise, cut in halves. Remove soft center, leaving 1/2 inch crust.

2. Combine ground beef and 1 tsp. salt. Pat meat over bread to edges.

3. Place meat-stuffed bread on broiler pan. Place as far from heat source as possible. Broil at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

4. Combine garlic, onion, tomato sauce, remaining salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp. oregano and Parmesan cheese. Spoon over meat. Broil 10 minutes longer.

5. Sprinkle with Mozzarella or Jack cheese and remaining oregano.

6. Boil 3 to 5 minutes longer until cheese melts and meat is cooked. Serve immediately. Oven temperature 375 degrees.
