HAM LOAVES 
2 1/2 lb. ground smoked ham
2 lb. ground lean pork (lean pork shoulder)
1 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
3 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. milk

Mix well and form into loaves, shape like footballs, 1/2 cup per loaf. Place next to each other in large loaf pan. Pour the following sauce over meat while cold and baste a few times while baking. 3/4 c. vinegar 2 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. dry mustard

Bake at 350 degrees for at least 1 1/4 hours.
