LEMON FLAVORED CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. parsley, chopped

Combine flour, lemon rind and seasoning. Coat chicken. Place chicken in oblong baking dish or pan. Combine butter and lemon juice. Brush on chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Sprinkle with parsley. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
