CAFE AU LAIT SQUARES 
4 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. cold skim milk
1 1/2 c. coffee, heated to boiling
3 tbsp. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp. Sweet N Low (6 packets)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

In medium bowl, sprinkle Knox over cold milk; let stand 1 minute. Add hot coffee and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved; add remaining ingredients, stirring until chocolate is melted. Pour into 8 or 9 inch baking pan and chill until firm. Cut into 1 inch square and serve. Makes about 6 dozen.
