CAFE BAVARIAN MINT 
1/2 c. powdered non dairy coffee cream
1/3 c. sugar (omit sugar & add Equal to taste)
1/4 c. instant coffee
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 hard peppermint candies, broken

Put all in blender. Process until well blended. Use 1 tablespoon in 6 ounces boiling water. Top with whipped cream, if desired. For extra mint flavor, stir with peppermint stick.
