JEWISH COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 pt. sour cream

TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

STEP 1: Mix butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Add in other dry ingredients. (Mix topping ingredients in separate bowl.)

STEP 2: Use a greased tube pan.

STEP 3: Pour 1/2 batter, then 1/2 topping, remaining batter, then remaining topping.

STEP 4: Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
