JELLY ROLL CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Sift flour, baking powder 3 times. Pinch of salt 4 tbsp. hot water

Add 1 spoon at a time. (Water comes in last.) I mix the egg yolks separately and I mix the sugar with the egg whites.

Line a jelly roll pan with slightly greased waxed paper. Pour batter into pan and bake at 365 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Mash jelly and stir with fork until it is smooth and easy to spread. Turn the cake out on brown paper that you have sprinkled with powdered sugar. Spread on the jelly and roll the cake. Set to cool before cutting.
