JELLY ROLL CAKE 
3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. boiling water
1 c. white sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Beat egg yolks and salt. Blend in boiling water. Gradually add white sugar, flour, and baking powder. Bake in greased pan about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

3 tbsp. white sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter

Cook filling ingredients until thickened. Spread on cake after filling has cooled. Roll.

HINT: Roll the cake in a wet towel soon after it is out of the oven. Cool and unroll and spread on filling and roll again.
