WALNUT COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. strong coffee
3 egg yolks
Pinch of salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar well. Sift flour and baking powder, add alternately with coffee. Beat egg yolks stiff. add pinch of salt, add to flour mixture. Add nuts. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven in a 9x9 inch pan. Serve with topping.
