TOMATO RELISH 
4 qt. tomatoes
1 c. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. pepper
3 green peppers, chopped
2 c. onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. sugar
4 c. white vinegar

Add salt to chopped tomatoes and let stand overnight. Tomatoes should be peeled. Next day, drain well. Add rest of the ingredients. Mix well and put in jars. Do not cook. Refrigerate.
